Airpower in Afghanistan
The Mitchell Institute invites you to a Mitchell Hour with Maj. Gen. Tod Wolters, Air Force Director of Legislative Liaison. Gen. Wolters will provide his perspective on the successes and limitations of US and NATO airpower during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
Wolters was previously commander of the 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force-Afghanistan and Deputy Commander for Air, US Forces-Afghanistan. For a year in that role, he led more than 9,000 airmen across three Afghanistan-based air wings.
